11:58 AM EST - IAMGOLD Corp. : announced that it has completed the acquisition of an additional 3% share in Societe d'Exploitation des Mines d'Or de Sadiola S.A. or SEMOS, which owns the Sadiola Gold Mine in Mali, West Africa, from the International Finance Corporation. This follows the announcement made on November 2, 2009 and currently brings IAMGOLD's share in SEMOS to 41%, representing approximately 144,000 ounces of gold in 2009, the company said. IAMGOLD Corp.
