03:56 PM EST - ProspEx Resources Ltd. : said Tuesday that it has closed the previously announced sale of assets in the Garrington and Willesden Green area. The assets consist of 16 gross (8.6 net) producing wells with production of about 250 net barrels of oil equivalent per day, along with associated gas gathering and field compression facilities. The consideration paid to ProspEx was $8.0 million, prior to closing adjustments. The disposition has an effective date of November 1. ProspEx Resources Ltd.
shares T.PSX are trading up $0.02 at $1.23.
