09:41 AM EST - Run of River Power Inc. : announced a non-brokered private placement of 12.20 million common shares of the company at a price of $0.19 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2.32 million. The private placement is expected to close on or about December 31, 2009. Also, the company added that its insiders will be subscribing for 4.86 million shares of the 12.20 million shares issued, which is greater than 25% of the private placement.
