03:46 PM EST - Fancamp Exploration Ltd. : said it wishes to announce the acquisition of an option to acquire a 100% interest in 22 claims, located north of Beauceville on the Riviere Des Plantes. The claims are adjacent to the western margin of the company's Beauce Gold property and cover some potentially interesting targets. To earn a 100% interest in the property, Fancamp stated it will issue a total of 90,000 common shares, and spend $40,000 on exploration and development over two years. The vendor will retain a 2% NSR of which 1% may be bought back at any time for $1 million. Fancamp Exploration Ltd.
