09:55 AM EST - Wi-LAN Inc. : said it entered into a license agreement with Conexant Systems Inc. of Newport Beach, as part of a deal resolving litigation proceedings initiated by WiLAN in October 2009. Under the terms of the deal, Conexant receives access to certain of WiLAN's wireline and other technologies from WiLAN's growing portfolio of more than 750 patented inventions, Wi-LAN added.
