11:55 AM EST - Intema Solutions Inc. : announced that it has come to an agreement on the terms for the acquisition of all the assets related to the WEBCOM MONTREAL conferences and all the rights for the International deployment. Eventia is the producer of the WEBCOM event, the most important international Web dedicated conference in Canada. The total agreement of $600,000 includes a $300,000 debenture for the vendor and an equivalent amount to be paid over a 24-month period. Intema Solutions Inc.
