04:01 PM EST - Knightscove Media Corp. : announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Ellis Entertainment Corp. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of January. Ellis Entertainment is a Canadian based producer and distributor of television product to over 150 countries worldwide. The purchase price of $2.82 million for all of the shares of Ellis and the copyright in Ellis' film library is payable in cash and stock. Knightscove Media Corp.
