10:49 AM EST - Prestige Telecom Inc. : announced the signing of a Master Services Agreement or MSA with SBA Canada, ULC, a unit of SBA Communications Corp. The deal calls for Prestige to assist with SBA Canada's ongoing development of communications tower sites. Prestige said it will provide services on a non-exclusive basis for tower site design and deployment, including engineering and civil works, construction, technical and installation support, tower maintenance and project management.
