09:58 AM EST - MTI Global Inc. : announced that it has completed the sale of its 51% interest in Sterne SARL to Sterne World, a company controlled by existing Sterne management. The aggregate purchase price including repayment of shareholder loans is $1.3 million, less legal and closing costs. Additional financial details were not disclosed.
