03:39 PM EST - RockBridge Energy Inc. : announced that it has now completed the purchase of the B.C. exploration company, 0859842 BC Ltd, to be renamed RockBridge Minerals Inc. As consideration for the acquisition, RockBridge stated that it paid the vendors $50,000 and issued 4.5 million units at a deemed price $0.08 each, with each unit consisting of one share and one warrant exercisable at $0.12 per share for two years. A finders’ fee of 100,000 shares was paid. RockBridge Energy Inc.
