03:45 PM EST - Niko Resources Ltd. : said it entered into an Arrangement Agreement with Voyager Energy Ltd., whereby Niko would acquire all of the outstanding shares of Voyager. Pursuant to the deal, each Voyager shareholder would receive one common share of Niko for each 53 shares of Voyager held. Voyager has around 19.5 million shares outstanding. Niko Resources Ltd.
