03:56 PM EST - Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. : announced fourth-quarter net income of $3.4 million, up 8.8% from $3.2 million a year earlier. Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.93, compared to $0.84 in the previous-year quarter. Revenue for the quarter was $31.2 million, down 24.2% from $41.1 million a year earlier. The company said that the decline was mainly due to lower commodity cost of natural gas as a result of decrease in market prices during 2009. Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.
