10:08 AM EST - Air Canada : reported fourth-quarter net loss of $56 million, compared to a net loss of $727 million in the fourth quarter of 2008. Loss for the quarter was $0.25 per share, compared to a loss of $7.27 per share in the year-ago quarter. The latest quarter result included gains on foreign exchange of $108 million. The prior year quarter result included losses on foreign exchange of $527 million. On an adjusted basis, the airline reported a loss per share in the fourth quarter of 2009 of $0.62. Operating revenues for the quarter were $2.348 billion, compared to $2.498 billion in the year-ago quarter. Air Canada
