12:33 PM EST - Silver Wheaton Corp. : said it agreed to acquire an amount equal to 100% of the life of mine silver and gold production from Augusta Resource Corp.'s Rosemont Copper Project in Pima County, Arizona. Silver Wheaton said it would pay Augusta upfront cash payments totaling $230 million U.S. to purchase an amount equal to 100% of all payable silver and gold produced from Rosemont, for the lesser of $3.90 U.S. per ounce of silver and $450 U.S. per ounce of gold or the prevailing market price per ounce of silver and gold delivered.
