03:40 PM EST - Agrium Inc. : has extended its hostile bid for CF Industries Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CF) by another month. The US$5.4-billion cash-and-stock offer, which was to have expired on Monday, will now be open until March 22. Calgary-based Agrium's pursuit of CF has been dragging on for about a year. Agrium Inc.
