12:08 PM EST - TerraVest Income Fund : announced fourth quarter net loss of $12.9 million or $0.84 per unit, compared to net income of $3.21 million or $0.25 per unit in the same quarter last year. Total revenues for the quarter grew 6% to $67.34 million, from $63.74 million in the year ago quarter. For the fiscal year, the company posted a net loss of $0.21 million or $0.01 per unit, compared to net income of $10.1 million or $0.88 per unit in the prior year.
