03:38 PM EST - ISE Ltd. : said Tuesday that it has completed its initial public offering of 3.45 million shares at a price of $6.00 per share for gross proceeds of $20.7 million. The shares begin trading today on Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "ISE". Certain shareholders of ISE have granted the underwriters an over-allotment option, exercisable for a period of 30 days from closing, to purchase up to an additional 517,500 common shares at the offering price of C$6.00 per share. ISE will not receive any proceeds derived from the sale of common shares on exercise of the over-allotment option, if any. ISE Ltd.
