03:28 PM EST - Uni-Select Inc. : reported a 17.6 percent jump in fourth-quarter profit on Friday, as sales at its Automotive Group USA unit surged. The company said it had a net profit of $16.7 million, or 84 cents per share, for the quarter ended December 31, up from a profit of $14.2 million, or 72 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Uni-Select Inc.
