Net loss attributable to common shareholders for the fourth quarter was $9.4 million or $0.32 per share, compared to a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $60.3 million or $1.36 per share in the prior year quarter. Loss from continuing operations for the fourth quarter was $0.40 per share, compared to a loss from continuing operations of $0.74 for the same quarter a year ago. Adjusted earnings from continuing operations for the fourth quarter were $7.9 million or $0.27 per share, compared to $8.3 million or $0.28 per share in the fourth quarter of last year.
