Net income before the non-recurring charge in the quarter rose to $17.8 million or $0.19 per share from $14.8 million or $0.17 per share in the same quarter of 2008. For the three months ended December 31, 2009, TransForce reported total revenues of $488.63 million, a 10.3% decrease from $544.5 million in the same period of 2008. Revenue, excluding fuel surcharge, decreased 6.8% to $452.4 million. TransForce Inc.
