However, the company generated net income of $11.1 million or $0.14 per share for the quarter compared with a $7.1 million or $0.09 per share in the fourth quarter of 2008. Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2009 declined 34.2% to $233.6 million from $354.8 million in the comparable period. Mullen Group Ltd.
