Quarterly revenues decreased to $600 million from $603 million in the year-ago quarter. For 2009, net income was $44.4 million or $0.80 per share, compared to $59.3 million or $1.20 per share last year. Revenues for the year were $2.26 billion, up 21% from $1.88 billion a year earlier.
