03:40 PM EST - Pinetree Capital Ltd. : announced that on February 26, it acquired ownership of 1.5 million common shares and 1.5 million common share purchase warrants of Rolling Rock Resources Corp. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.30 until February 25, 2012. As a result of the transaction, Pinetree held, as at February 26, 2010, an aggregate of six million common shares of Rolling Rock including the common shares and the warrants. Pinetree Capital Ltd.
