Excluding before tax restructuring charges of $700,000 recorded in the fourth quarter of 2009, earnings per share were $0.18 per share, up $0.01 per share over last year. For the quarter, easyhome recorded revenue of $43.9 million compared with $44.1 million in the year-ago quarter.
