Net income was $0.44 per basic share, down from $0.63 per basic share in the prior year quarter. Net earnings from continuing operations were $8.1 million or $0.46 per basic share, compared to $11.2 million or $0.63 per basic share last year. Contract revenue was $173.9 million, down from $185.0 million for the comparable quarter of 2008. Churchill Corp.
