12:06 PM EST - Enablence Technologies Inc. : on Tuesday said it entered into an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Albis Optoelectronics AG, a supplier of photodiodes for the datacom and Fiber-to-the-Home markets. The company said it expects to complete all conditions pursuant to the agreement, on or about March 21, 2007. According to the agreement, Enablence would acquire all the shares of Albis for $4.12 million US dollars in cash consideration and 1.88 million in common shares of Enablence Technologies Inc., at the average ten day closing price of $1.10 per share.
