10:07 AM EST - Serica Energy Plc : announced that its fourth-quarter net income was $19.15 million U.S. or $0.11 U.S. per share, compared to a loss of $26.89 million U.S. or $0.16 U.S. per share in the prior-year quarter. The fourth-quarter 2009 profit includes a profit of $26.9 million U.S. generated on the disposal of a 25% interest in the Kambuna field, Indonesia and certain E&E asset interests in South East Asia. The fourth-quarter 2008 loss includes asset writeoffs of $23.6 million U.S. attributed to the Chablis, Oak and Spain assets.
