02:49 PM EST - Berkley Resources Inc. : has struck a deal to sell its office building in Vancouver for $4 million in a move to cut debt and focus on developing the company's oil and gas properties. The junior Vancouver company said Tuesday it had signed an agreement to sell the building to Deecorp Ventures Ltd., a move that will help Berkley pay off $3.3 million of corporate debt. The rest of the purchase price will be used for exploration and working capital. Berkley Resources Inc.
shares V.BKS are trading up 10 cents at $0.68.
