09:58 AM EST - Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. : reported that fourth-quarter 2009 net income more than doubled to $57.1 million from $28.08 million in the year-ago quarter. On a per diluted share basis, net income increased 65% to $0.56 from $0.34 in the same period in 2008. Funds flow from operations increased 89% to $279 million from $147.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2008. On a per diluted share basis, funds flow from operations increased 63% to $2.65 from $1.63 in the year-ago quarter. Oil and natural gas revenue rose sharply to $446.02 million from last year quarter's $206.16 million. Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd.
