The Fund also announced a quarterly distribution to $0.22 per unit to unitholders of record on March 31, 2007 and distributable by April 15, 2007. Fourth quarter earnings came in at $16.3 million, an increase of 33.7% over last year's fourth quarter earnings of $12.2 million.
