03:29 PM EST - Circa Enterprises Inc. : posted fourth-quarter net loss of $200,000 or $0.02 per share, narrower than $1.6 million or $0.17 per share in the same quarter last year. The net loss includes a valuation allowance of $200,000 recorded in the fourth quarter of 2009 on the company's future tax asset and in the fourth quarter of 2008, the company recorded an after tax impairment charge of $1.8 million, the company said.
