Including preferred share liability interest and fees, the Company incurred one time charges of $11.1 million during 2009. The company recorded a net loss in 2009 due to specific loan loss provisions of $31.1 million or $0.21 per share, compared to $13.7 million in 2008. Interest income was $25 million compared to $46.8 million a year ago reflecting a reduction in performing loans upon which interest is recognized. Quest Capital Corp.
