10:02 AM EST - Medicago Inc. : reported a fourth-quarter consolidated loss of $3.89 million or $0.04 per share compared to a loss of $3.01 million or $0.04 per share prior year. The company said it is preparing a regulatory dossier which will be submitted to Health Canada in the following months. If granted approval, the company will initiate a phase 2 clinical trial in 2010 and results would be available in the fourth quarter of 2010. Medicago Inc.
