10:03 AM EST - The Brick Group Income Fund : reported fourth-quarter consolidated net income of $12.24 million, compared to a loss of $224.13 million in the year-ago quarter. Consolidated sales and operating revenue for the quarter fell 1% to $361.44 million from $365.21 million a year earlier. Same store sales growth for corporate stores together with franchise stores was negative 7.9% compared to negative 12.2% for the same quarter of 2008. The Brick Group Income Fund
