Total revenues for the quarter were $482,000, down from $15.2 million in the previous year primarily due to the termination of the agreement with Celgene. Also, MethylGene said it entered into agreement with 1819400 Ontario Inc. and 1815303 Ontario Ltd that will provide gross proceeds of up to $8.9 million in non-dilutive capital to the company, $7 million to be received at closing.
