09:42 AM EST - Apollo Gold Corp. : reports that it and Linear Gold Corp. announced that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement in respect of the previously announced business combination, by which the businesses of Apollo and Linear will be combined by way of a court approved plan of arrangement.
