03:44 PM EST - Solex Resources Corp. : said that it has agreed acquire $4 million in cash and 7.62 million common shares of Macusani Yellowcake Inc. from Homeland Uranium Inc. Solex will also have the right to purchase the shares issuable if Homeland exercises its warrants to purchase up to 4.57 million Macusani shares. As consideration for the Homeland Assets, Solex will issue to Homeland 81.65 million common shares of Solex. Solex Resources Corp.
