10:07 AM EST - VMS Ventures Inc. : said it has agreed to launch a new nickel exploration company that will include VMS' Manitoba nickel properties and newly optioned nickel properties in Sudbury, Ontario. VMS will own approximately 45% of the new company at the completion of the two Private Placements. VMS Ventures has agreed to become the largest shareholder of Widescope Resources, to be renamed North American Nickel Inc. VMS Ventures Inc.
