09:55 AM EST - Alder Resources Ltd. : announced that it has entered into Letter of Intent or LoI to buy 80% interest in La Montanita Gold Project in Colombia. The Project is located in western Colombia about 220 km from the Pacific Coast and 40 km from the city of Medellin. Pursuant to LoI, 80% interest in the properties comprises the Project in consideration for the issuance to the vendors of five million common shares and expending a minimum of $1 million in respect of exploration and further development of the Project within two years following the date of definitive agreement.
