09:44 AM EST - Shaw Communications Inc. : said its second-quarter net income declined to $138.71 million or $0.32 per share from $156.58 million or $0.36 per share for the same period last year. Excluding the non-operating items, net income for the three-month period ended February 28, 2010 would have been $139 million, the company said. However, Funds flow from operations for the latest quarter improved 7.1% to $358.21 million from $334.51 million last year. Shaw Communications Inc.
