11:52 AM EST - PEER 1 Network Enterprises Inc. : announced it has settled, by means of a confidential mediation, an action that had been pursued in the Supreme Court of British Columbia by WindyPoint Capital Inc. and others for compensation alleged to be due and owing to WindyPoint in connection with financial advisory and investment banking services that it provided to the Company in 2005. In accordance with the terms of the settlement, the Company will pay to the plaintiffs the total sum of $450,000. PEER 1 Network Enterprises Inc.
