09:56 AM EST - Descartes Systems Group Inc. : said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dexxcartes bvba, has completed the acquisition of Zemblaz NV, formerly denominated as Porthus NV. The company noted that a total of 81,959 shares, representing 3.44% of the total share capital of Porthus, were tendered to the buyout offer that closed on April 12. No warrants were tendered.
