Sales were $8.4 million, an increase of 6.7% from $7.9 million in the year-ago quarter. For fiscal 2009, Net income was $490,000 or $0.01 per share compared to net loss $3.1 million or $0.10 per share in 2008. Adjusted net income was $2.1 million or $0.06 per share, compared to $740,000 or $0.02 per share for 2008. Sales were $35 million, a decrease of 4.8% compared to $36.7 million in 2008.
