11:48 AM EST - Descartes Systems Group Inc. : announced that it has acquired privately-held Ontario Inc., doing business as Imanet, a provider of enterprise and on-demand technology solutions to customs brokers, freight forwarders, exporters and self-clearing importers. Imanet is based in Windsor, Ontario, and has approximately 25 people on staff. To complete the acquisition, net of working capital received, Descartes paid approximately $6 million and incurred certain transaction expenses. Descartes Systems Group Inc.
