04:04 PM EST - Acadian Mining Corp. : said that it has entered into an agreement with a number of parties for the sale of its 29.18% interest in Royal Roads Corp. The deal, which is expected to close before the end of this month, will generate $1.96 million cash for Acadian. Acadian plans to use the sale proceeds to fund its gold exploration program and for working capital. Acadian Mining Corp.
