03:42 PM EST - MTI Global Inc. : said its shareholders have approved the sale of MTI PolyFab Inc. and other aerospace-related assets to 3M Canada Co. for $24 million U.S., subject to certain pre- and post-closing adjustments. In addition, MTI shareholders approved the proposed reduction in capital in order to effect a special distribution to shareholders and a resolution authorizing the company to change its name to "Zuni Holdings Inc." MTI Global Inc.
