12:20 PM EST - Bank of Montreal : announces that its Harris N.A. arm had acquired certain assets and liabilities of Amcore Bank N.A. from the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), effective immediately. The 52 branches of Amcore were to reopen as Harris on April 24. Customers can continue to bank at these locations and will be served by the same teams. Bank of Montreal
