On a per share basis, net earnings were $0.70, up from $0.69 in the year ago quarter. Operating earnings declined to $353 million, from $414 million in the year-ago quarter. Operating earnings per share decreased to $0.47 from $0.55 in the prior-year quarter. Net revenues for the quarter were $3.491 billion, compared to $2.693 billion in the prior-year quarter.
