09:54 AM EST - Corus Entertainment Inc. : announced an agreement to sell the Corus Quebec radio stations to COGECO Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately $80 million. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The stations involved in the transaction will join the five stations COGECO already owns in Montreal, Quebec City, Trois-Rivieres and Sherbrooke. COGECO said that this transaction allows it to diversify its offering and reach new audiences. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur around the end of the 2010 calendar year.
