The company reported a full-year adjusted net income of $10 million or $0.32 per basic share versus a loss of $840,000 or $0.03 per basic share in 2009, a direct result of a more efficient organization. Revenues for the recent year declined to $1.08 billion from restated $1.10 billion in the comparable period. Garda World Security Corp.
